Safety Program Development
Start with the basics. Your KPA consultant will visit your facility and complete an initial inspection to identify hazards and existing control measures for safety and environmental risks. They’ll review the inspection results and assessments with your management team and based on the issues identified, together you’ll discuss priorities. Next, your KPA consultant will develop a safety program that addresses high-risk areas in your workplace, encourages worker participation, offers the necessary training, and establishes protocols to proactively identify hazards so you can resolve them before they create an incident.
KPA’s Safety Program combines the most recent OSHA Recommend Guidelines for Health and Safety Programs with over 30 years of practical experience to help clients achieve their business goals.
