In the past few months here on the Smart Compliance Blog, we’ve focused a great deal of attention on workplace harassment. Influenced by recent news stories, and using guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, we’ve taken a deep dive into the topic, exploring everything from harassment detection to prevention to response.

For those of you who have been asking to see this information in one place, good news: we’ll soon be releasing the entire Harassment Suite in eBook form. Check back soon for more information about how you can access the book once it’s released.

For now, we thought we’d condense the insights contained in our series and leave you with some overall, big-picture takeaways from the Harassment Suite.

As you can see, harassment prevention spans an organization’s departments and workforce components. It starts with accountable leadership and comprises policies and procedures, compliance training, and ongoing reporting and investigations.
