KPA’s Conducting Effective Interviews course recognized with National Excellence in Training Award
November 4, 2015 – KPA, a business services provider, has been presented with a 2015 National Excellence in Training Award by the Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC). The award was presented on Wednesday, November 4 at the ATMC reception during the 2015 AAPEX and SEMA Shows in Las Vegas.
The ATMC National Excellence in Training Awards are annually awarded in all sectors of the service, repair, and parts industries, both OEM and aftermarket. The award recognizes highly-effective and innovative training programs that drive the overall success of the transportation industry. KPA received the award for its Conducting Effective Interviews training, which is available through KPA’s HR Management product offerings.
The Conducting Effective Interviews training is a unique, engaging and informative course designed to educate clients on how to conduct interviews that result in selecting the most qualified candidate for the position and to assist them in avoiding a host of potential legal liabilities during the interview process. Conducting Effective Interviews was designed using the SAM model of instructional design (Successive Approximation Model), a contemporary systematic approach to instructional design and training development that focuses on speed, flexibility and collaboration.
