New Chief Technology Officer Joins KPA to Lead Product and Technology Organization

Lafayette, Colo. – November 2, 2021 – KPA, provider of workforce compliance and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) software, training, and consulting services, today announced the appointment of Scott Schell as its Chief Technology Officer.

Schell will be responsible for KPA’s technology and product development teams which produce a suite of software solutions that allow businesses to manage their safety and compliance programs and train their employees with award-winning EHS curriculum more effectively. Schell will report to Chris Fanning, President and CEO of KPA.

Schell has held leadership positions in the technology sector for nearly three decades. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Flowhub, industry-leading cannabis compliance and retail software, and Executive Vice President of Product and Engineering at Convercent, an ethics and compliance software company.

As Chief Technology Officer, Schell’s over 30 years of experience with engineering and product management will extend KPA’s position as a leading industry resource on EHS and workforce compliance.

Schell holds an M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Computer Science from Colorado State University. He is a native Coloradan and will operate out of KPA’s headquarters in Lafayette.
