KPA EHS Software Features Updated Resource Library to Better Manage Workplace Safety

Lafayette, Colo. – July 28, 2021 – Today, KPA, a leading provider of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions, announced a new integrated resource library that better enables KPA EHS Software users to manage workplace safety and compliance issues. With access to over 180 pre-written and customizable templates, KPA EHS users will be able to build and organize an unlimited resource library of compliance content that meets their business’s needs.

“As businesses strive to minimize risk and improve their workplace safety culture and outcomes, the KPA EHS Resource Library provides a powerful and dynamic tool that safety professionals can tailor, organize, and expand upon as much as they need,” said Jade Brainard, KPA EHS Product Director. “The Resource Library was built to handle the content needs of any safety professional, whether they’re looking for a Toolbox Talk training on preventing slips, trips, and falls or they need to upload and distribute their own workplace safety policies and procedures.”

An EHS Software Resource Library Updated with Expert-Developed Content

Written by KPA’s compliance and safety consultants and content developers, the pre-populated library covers everything from complex regulatory topics like OSHA’s fall protection standards to the EPA’s hazardous waste rules. The majority of KPA’s customizable content is available in English and Spanish and includes:

  • Policies and procedures
  • Posters
  • Toolbox Talks

The library features unlimited space and supports various file formats, from PDF to video, to meet the needs of safety professionals looking to upload, edit, and curate resources.

As regulations change and content needs to be updated, the KPA EHS Resource Library keeps track of all revisions and modifications to every document, including who changed it, the date it was changed, a description of the change, and more. If a resource is changed due to a regulatory update, for example, KPA EHS administrators will be alerted to the modified document to review.

The KPA EHS Resource Library is part of the comprehensive and dynamic features that safety professionals need to manage and promote a safe and productive workplace. KPA EHS provides all the necessary tools in one system to manage incidents, identify reporting insights, conduct mobile-enabled inspections, and manage employee compliance training.
