KPA and Texas Recreational Vehicle Association Announce Safety & Compliance Partnership

Lafayette, Colo. – December 14, 2021 – Today, KPA and Texas Recreational Vehicle Association (TRVA) announced an exclusive workplace safety and compliance partnership for TRVA’s dealer members throughout the Lone Star State. As an endorsed partner of TRVA, KPA brings targeted recreational vehicle expertise across the spectrum of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and HR that can help RV dealers improve safety and compliance outcomes, lower compliance risk, and save money.

“Workplace safety and compliance have never been more important,” said Phil Elam, TRVA’s Executive Director. “This partnership with KPA is part of TRVA’s effort to educate and empower our members to take proactive responsibility for workplace safety and compliance so that their business is protected and can continue to grow.”

TRVA promotes and protects the RV industry by influencing legislation, bringing RV professionals together, and upholding excellent standards in the RV industry. TRVA works to serve all areas of the RV industry with education, information, benefits, and support.

KPA provides comprehensive workplace solutions to RV dealers across Texas. Recently, a TRVA member reached out to KPA for their compliance expertise after hearing a KPA safety compliance consultant speak at the TRVA Convention this past August.

“I listened intently at the presentation by KPA’s Amanda Rawls and connected with the company to solicit their advice on being compliant with a variety of concerns I had in my dealership. KPA’s Risk Management Consultants, Amanda Rawls and Francis Nwolisa, came to the dealership and readily identified some areas which needed to be addressed in order to be OSHA compliant, as well as addressing some safety issues in my business. Thank you, KPA, for being a very valuable partner for these purposes, and thank you TRVA for endorsing them,” said Lance Stewart of RV Land in Kyle, Texas.

KPA’s Vera EHS and Vera HR solutions offer a unique combination of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) software, safety consulting, and award-winning compliance training. This partnership will help dealerships automate manual processes, increase productivity, improve employee training, and reduce overall risk.

“For over 30 years, KPA has been advising automotive businesses, and specifically RV dealerships, on how to be safe and compliant, and our partnership with TRVA is an important part of that mission,” said Chris Fanning, President and CEO of KPA. “Together with TRVA, we aim to help protect members’ business and make their workplaces safer and more compliant in this rapidly changing regulatory environment.”
