LAFAYETTE, Colo. (November 30, 2016) – KPA, LLC, a leading provider of environmental health and safety (EHS) and HR Management software solutions, announced the acquisition of Succeed Management Solutions, LLC (Succeed). Succeed’s Risk Management Center is the leading web-based risk management and safety software for the insurance market. The combination of these two innovative platforms will provide online risk management software delivered with superior online training and onsite audit capabilities.

Succeed works with a majority of the top 100 insurance brokers, who deliver the Risk Management Center as a safety and loss control solution to their own direct clients. Additionally, both KPA and Succeed work directly with EHS and HR professionals across a diverse set of industries including automotive, construction, manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, transportation, healthcare, energy, government, hospitality, and others.

The new integrated software platform will bring additional functionality and tools to existing Succeed and KPA clients. Specifically, Succeed delivers a wealth of risk mitigation and safety training content through applications including the Risk Management Library, Incident Track, Training Track, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) Track. KPA’s Human Resources content and help line, EHS audit software, and nationwide EHS onsite audit capabilities will further enhance the Risk Management Center.

“Succeed and KPA have a strong, shared vision focused on delivering compliance solutions that drive a better workplace, workforce, and ultimately a better world for our clients,” said Vane Clayton, CEO at KPA. “The risk manager looking for a comprehensive solution will immediately see the impact of this new relationship.”
